What to Expect at Cycle Haven
Cycle Haven begins with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. We then explain the findings clearly, separating urgent repairs from optional maintenance before any work is approved.
Our general servicing includes safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and additional work is only carried out after approval.

The workshop uses a fixed labour package after the initial inspection, with a typical turnaround of two to four business days depending on the bicycle and the work required. We also provide a written inspection summary and a post-service function check before collection.
