Service Scope
Cycle Haven provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake service, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any service is subject to bicycle intake, mechanical inspection, and confirmation of the work to be carried out.

Pricing and Approval
Prices for labour are determined after initial inspection, and replacement parts are quoted separately. No final repair price is promised before the bicycle and component condition have been reviewed, and any additional work requires approval before it is carried out.

Service times are estimates only and may change depending on inspection findings, parts compatibility, and supplier availability. The workshop does not guarantee same-day completion unless the appointment and required parts have been confirmed.
