What to Expect From a Bicycle Service
Your visit starts with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. We explain the findings clearly before any work begins, so you understand the urgent items and any optional maintenance.
Common services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and any additional work is only carried out after approval.
Clear inspection, careful adjustments, and practical repair advice.
Cycle Haven handles general bicycle servicing with a straightforward process from intake to collection.
For many bicycles, the workshop uses a fixed labour package after the initial inspection. Turnaround is typically two to four business days, depending on the condition of the bicycle and the parts required.
Every completed service includes a quality check and a written summary of the work carried out. That final review helps you understand the adjustments made and what to watch for during regular riding.
